  • Water Temperature: Reaching up to 68 degrees

Fishing Tips:

  • Timing: Get on the water early when temperatures and conditions are at their coolest.

Green River

Current Conditions:

  • Fishing Shape: Still great, but seeing low flows and warming water temperatures
  • Hatches: PMDs, leftover Drakes, and Caddis

Fishing Tips:

  • Timing: Expect hatches during the earlier parts of the day as the weather warms.
  • Streamer Fishing: Effective during low light periods and overcast days. Cover lots of water for the best results.

Pro Tip: Don’t forget your bug spray to stay comfortable during your fishing trip.

Salt River

Current Conditions:

  • Fishing Shape: Excellent for the summer season
  • Hatches: Leftover Drakes, PMDs, Caddis, and Yellow Sallies

Fishing Tips:

  • Timing: Fish in the morning when water temperatures are cool and river traffic is light.
  • Fly Fishing Opportunities: Great for dry dropper and dry fly fishing throughout the summer.

Pro Tip: Hit the water early to avoid the crowds and take advantage of the cooler morning temperatures.
